60-75 minutes: $350

(thorough mental health assessment with initial treatment plan that includes psychiatric medication prescription(s) as deemed appropriate/as agreed upon & some psychotherapy as time allows.)

-Treatment Plan Option 2: Traditional Western Medicine Interventions PLUS Integrative/Functional Medicine Interventions:

75 minutes-90 minutes: $495

(thorough mental health assessment with treatment plan, including psychiatric medication prescription(s) as deemed appropriate/agreed upon PLUS holistic interventions, such as supplement, movement, nutrition, & sleep recommendations based on your unique needs & psychotherapy as time allows.)

-30 minutes: $250

(focused on treatment plan interventions only - how current interventions are/are not working for you & adjustments as deemed appropriate/agreed upon.)

-45 minutes : $295

(everything included in the 30 minute appointment PLUS extended time to discuss interventions and/or psychotherapy integration)

-60 minutes: $350

(everything included in the 30-minute & 45-minute appointments PLUS extended time to discuss interventions and/or for extended psychotherapy integration; *discounted to $300 if have weekly appointments for psychotherapy with me)

-I currently do not take medical insurance, but I do provide itemized receipts or “superbills” upon request that you may submit to your medical insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement benefits if applicable.
